Our BA (Hons) Hospitality aims to cultivate a new generation of hotel professionals to cope with the rapid development of the hotel industry in Hong Kong and neighboring regions. This course covers a series of related subjects, such as catering management, front desk and housekeeping management, hotel operations management, staff development and training, etc., with equal emphasis on theory and practice, so that students can fully master the knowledge and skills of hotel operations management. In addition, through industry internships, students can apply classroom theories to the actual hotel working environment, thereby discovering and strengthening their ambition and interest in joining the hotel industry.
