Has taught at Chang Gung University and Tamkang University, and served as examiner, reviewer, and consultant for national accounting examinations, textbooks, and professional training programs in Taiwan.

Associate Professor at the University of Macau Business School. Has held senior teaching roles at CUHK, HKU, Lingnan University, and Hong Kong Baptist University, specializing in finance and economics programs.
Leung Wai Keung

Professor Leung is Director of the EMBA program at City University of Hong Kong and recipient of the university’s Distinguished Teaching Award. His research focuses on service management, including service strategy, quality management, business process reengineering, and customer loyalty strategies. He has consulted for over 100 local companies and government departments, including HSBC and the Hong Kong Civil Service Training Unit. He earned MSc and PhD degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and an MSc in Computer & Information Sciences from Georgia Tech. His publications include Delighting the Customer, Service Marketing in the 21st Century, and The Profitable Delightful Services.

He lectures on Finance at South China University of Technology and has served as Vice President of the IPO Division at Wing Yan CPA Firm, Senior Vice President at Sun Hung Kai Financial, and with OCBC Wing Hang Bank (Singapore). Prof. Philip graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics from Deakin University (Australia) and has advised on IPOs for major companies including Alibaba, Meituan, Xiaomi, and Haidilao.
Lu Weixian

Former Chief Operating Officer of AXA Group, co-founder and Executive Director of a private equity firm, and Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Surrey (UK). Prof. Lu has extensive teaching and corporate experience, having taught at HKU, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Portsmouth (UK), and University of Canberra (Australia). He has also served on the Academic Committee of HKU Business School (China) and held senior management positions in several Fortune 500 companies, including AXA, Bertelsmann, MetLife, and HSBC.
Huang Jinfook

Prof. Huang holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Southern Cross University (Australia), an MBA from the University of Hull (UK), and an MSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham (UK). He is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK), a member of CPA Australia, an associate member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (UK), and a member of the Institute of Directors (UK). He has over 20 years of professional and managerial experience across industries, including SES World Skies (Netherlands), Singapore Technologies Group, HP Singapore, and the National University of Singapore. He also served as an internal trainer for Singapore’s Productivity and Innovation initiatives.
Kin Keung Lai

Prof. Lai previously served as Chair Professor of Management Science at the City University of Hong Kong Business School, Senior Operations Analyst at Cathay Pacific Airways, and Regional Manager at Union Carbide Corporation. His research interests include supply chain and operations management, financial engineering, business intelligence and optimization, and investment decision-making. He is the founder and Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Operations Research Society, President of the Asia Association of Risk and Crisis Management, and former Dean (part-time) at the Business School of Hunan University.
Daniel Wolfgang Guido Gruszynski

Dr. Daniel Gruszynski (DBA, University of Newcastle, Australia; MBA, Western Sydney University) relocated from Germany to Hong Kong in 1996. In 2002, after nearly 25 years as an international executive at Siemens, he established his own management consulting companies in Hong Kong and Singapore. At Siemens, he was responsible for strategy implementation, financial control, human resource management, and other corporate management areas. He has served as consultant to numerous companies across the Asia-Pacific region and has been invited by universities worldwide to lecture on strategic management, international HRM, and business research design. Over the past decade, he has also supervised dissertations in international HRM and strategy.
Ian Mackechnie

Dr. Ian Mackechnie holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Bulacan State University, a Master of Business from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting) from Box Hill Institute. Dr. Mackechnie is a member of the Board of Charisma University. He has participated in undergraduate and postgraduate studies across international universities in the UK, USA, Europe, China, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. He has also been deeply involved in PhD supervision and postgraduate seminars.
Bruce Millett

Dr. Bruce Millett has over 30 years of teaching experience in organizational behavior and related fields. He currently serves as Honorary Professor and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the School of Management and Enterprise, University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He has published seven editions of textbooks on organizational behavior and co-authored books on organizational behavior and human resource management. His research focuses on how institutions develop strategic capabilities through leadership, organizational change and innovation, performance management, organizational learning, and leadership.
