Entry Requirements
Applicants are required to have the following entry requirements:

  • Qualifi Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (601/5362/3)
  • Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five years’ relevant managerial work experience
  • A research proposal
  • Two references (one academic and one professional)

* Candidates with non-standard postgraduate qualifications, and significant level of managerial work experience can be considered on case by case basis.

  • Introduction to Academic Scholarship and Doctoral Studies in Business
  • Quantitative Analysis I: Quantitative Research and Analysis Qualitative Research
  • Quantitative Analysis II: Applied Regression Analysis
  • CSR / Business Ethics & Sustainability
  • Financial Decision-Making and Value Creation
  • Executive Supply Chain Strategy and Negotiations 

Stage 2: Research Method and Dissertation

  • Research Proposal Writing / Research Practicum
  • Dissertation I – Data Collection & Analysis
  • Dissertation II – Findings & Conclusion
  • Defense Preparation and Completion

Stage 2: Research Method and Dissertation

  • DBA Thesis (420 credits)
Postdoctoral, University of Oxford, United Kingdom

Learning Arrangement

  • Go to Oxford University once a year (usually from July to September or at the end of December)
  • In the first year, go for a week to discuss and study with professors from Oxford University. The topic is: The Global Leadership Research Series I, and then returned to your own country to complete the research task.
  • In the second year, go for a week to complete the discussion and study + thesis defense of the Global Leadership Research Series II.

  • CEO, entrepreneur, government official and senior management personnel.
  • Master’s degree holders shall be considered individually by the school.
